Wash your Modibodi before the first wear. This will activate the technology in the lining for maximum absorbency.

 Rinse

Rinse your used underwear in cold water after use <30° Don't soak, just rinse until the water runs clear.

 Cold wash

Cold wash (now or later) In a delicates bag is even better. Avoid any fabric softener.

 Hang dry

Hang dry. Reuse. Repeat. Easy done.

Holiday saver

Bought this bikini set for my 11 year old granddaughter who has recently started her periods. We were going on holiday which would have been spoilt if she was unable to go swimming. She was a little apprehensive of it being effective but we needn’t have worried as it gave perfect protection. My only disappointment is that there is so little availability. We were very lucky to buy this when we did as it is now out of stock. Would have liked to have purchased another for a holiday abroad later in the summer.

Nearly lost them when I dived in. 🤣

I will be purchasing a smaller size as I nearly lost them when i dived in. I went size 12-14 in bottoms and 14-16 in top. I will be purchasing 10 to 12 in bottoms. I didn't have any leaks as I used with tampons. These were extra protection from leaks and worked perfectly for my heavy flow.
