Wash your Modibodi before the first wear. This will activate the technology in the lining for maximum absorbency.

 Rinse

Rinse your used underwear in cold water after use <30° Don't soak, just rinse until the water runs clear.

 Cold wash

Cold wash (now or later) In a delicates bag is even better. Avoid any fabric softener.

 Hang dry

Hang dry. Reuse. Repeat. Easy done.

Best swimwear

I'm obsessed with these bikini bottoms! For someone who's not comfortable wearing tampons these are the best to still go swimming when in my period. Would recommend these to anyone!

So glad I found these

I just came back from holiday and these were a lifesaver

Anytime I changed to “normal”bikini bottoms it was disaster leakwise. In modi bodi I felt dry.

Normally I’m self conscious I wouldn’t be in these I suffer moderate bladder leaks and wear pads everyday so for me to trust these pad free is huge will definitely purchase in different colour.

I wore this most days on my holidays

I wore this underneath my bikini bottoms. Although they are high waisted I could also fold them down to wear underneath smaller bikini bottoms. They gave me reassurance and protection.

At last I can swim confidently

I was a bit sceptical of period swimwear but thought I’d better give it a try (even if I use it as a backup with a tampon).

Sure enough I haven’t had any issues and now I can go to the pool confidently at that time of the month. This is really handy with my daughter’s swimming classes where I am still going in the water with her.

Wash easily, fit well, great bold colours and designs.
