Wash your Modibodi before the first wear. This will activate the technology in the lining for maximum absorbency.
RinseRinse your used underwear in cold water after use <30° Don't soak, just rinse until the water runs clear.
Cold washCold wash (now or later) In a delicates bag is even better. Avoid any fabric softener.
Hang dryHang dry. Reuse. Repeat. Easy done.

Long-time fan of Modibodi and have an unashamedly huge collection of their undies. I have a petite/slim build and usually wear AU6 clothing. I fit their 8/XS undies/shorts perfectly - all except for the thongs. The sz8 is much smaller in design and only comes halfway up my butt! Even with repeated wear and wash, it never got any looser. I felt like I needed to pick out a wedgie all day, and the next day I felt sore and chafed. I took a chance and bought a 10/S. AAAHHHH – so much better! It now fits perfectly and feels like their other 8/XS products. No more constant feeling of a wedgie – just wear and forget – and no more chafing! Tried both this and the Classic thong, and I like both for different reasons – the Classic is more breathable, while this Seamfree is great for no VPL under tight clothing. Overall, it's a win for me, and I'll be stocking up on more!

Bought for sweaty spinning class and gym workouts. Has given me more confidence while working out.
Bought a size up due to reviews but will buy a second pair in my usual size as found to be true to size.

Absolutely love the company and its ethics but the thongs are so nearly perfect! If this thong had the softness and flexibility of the Classic thong - and the Classic had a more softer, more flexibility waistband then you would have the perfect thong - please look at the design as its so hard to find a thong for pee & periods! Sizing runs small, normally a size 12, had to upsize to a 14 to reduce the bulges!

Thank goodness for this thong! In the days before my period, and in the final days period, wearing this thong has meant being comfortable in my jeans, knowing any spotting won't ruin my other under garments as it leaks out onto my jeans. Less laundry. Less stress. Total comfort. I can KNOW that I am covered and just move through my day without worry. Even during the heaviest days of my cycle, when I primarily rely on my Cup, wearing my thong protects me against any leaks. So, again, just reinforced confidence that I won't need to rush to a restroom to shove some toilet paper into my underwear. I am so thankful for this oh-so-comfortable underpants.
