Pre-wash

Wash your Modibodi before the first wear. This will activate the technology in the lining for maximum absorbency.

 Rinse

Rinse your used underwear in cold water after use <30° Don't soak, just rinse until the water runs clear.

 Cold wash

Cold wash (now or later) In a delicates bag is even better. Avoid any fabric softener.

 Hang dry

Hang dry. Reuse. Repeat. Easy done.

Nice fabric

Its a good fabric. I ordered a XL. it was a little big. The only complain on this is that this one doesn't cover all the way to the back. Which i need because I'm always sitting down at work.

Literally a game changer!

I am a 56 year old postmenopausal woman who developed a large uterine fibroid tumor which caused heavy menstrual bleeding - for weeks. I was constantly changing pads. Total heartache for a woman who has not had a period in over 12 years. My daughter heard about this product on a podcast she listens to and suggested I try them. If I had only known sooner. These are a game changer. They are so comfortable to wear. Especially at night. I don't have to worry about the pad bunching , twisting and moving. I can wear them after surgery and if I develop any incontinence, I'm covered.
