Wash your Modibodi before the first wear. This will activate the technology in the lining for maximum absorbency.

 Rinse

Rinse your used underwear in cold water after use <30° Don't soak, just rinse until the water runs clear.

 Cold wash

Cold wash (now or later) In a delicates bag is even better. Avoid any fabric softener.

 Hang dry

Hang dry. Reuse. Repeat. Easy done.

CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT!!

These shorts are the best running shorts I’ve ever purchased. I run 3 times a week and they are the ONLY shorts I want to wear. I’ve now bought 5 pairs now so I’m never without when others are in the wash. They are super soft, absorbent and comfortable to wear. I originally bought a size 8/xs and while they fit perfectly, I prefer a bit of looseness around the waist so decided to size up to the 10/s - they are the perfect fit for me. My wish now is that they would make them in a long version for winter.

Best shorts ever

I am so surprised and pleased with these. These are excellent - just the right length, just the right amount of stretch, a great height of waistband and make me feel completely confident training whilst on my period. Please offer these in all colours, especially true navy - which is such a common colour for sports uniforms. I will be recommending these to all my teammates, teenagers and adults. Well done!

Love them!

At first I wasn’t entirely sure how I’d feel about these shorts but honestly? They’re so comfortable. The absorbent gusset doesn’t extend like it does in the undies, which would be my biggest complaint, so I’ll use these on my moderate and light days only.
