Wash your Modibodi before the first wear. This will activate the technology in the lining for maximum absorbency.

 Rinse

Rinse your used underwear in cold water after use <30° Don't soak, just rinse until the water runs clear.

 Cold wash

Cold wash (now or later) In a delicates bag is even better. Avoid any fabric softener.

 Hang dry

Hang dry. Reuse. Repeat. Easy done.

Just do it!

Love my Modibodi! There is a learning curve but it's worth it. Have used them thru one cycle and I'm hooked. Disappointed that one pair is already falling apart after only wearing/washing twice Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Really cute pants!

The least awful period I’ve ever had

I literally hate getting my period and as an autistic person with endometriosis it presents some particular challenges that I really have always hated. I’ve tried other brands of period underwear but they were always so bulky and made me feel like I was wearing a nappy and I just hated it. This is my first period with modibodi and they’re so comfortable, they don’t feel bulky, the material of the actual underwear is so soft and also they don’t hurt or agitate in the same way that pads usually do when they rub. Couldn’t be happier that I tried these, honestly. I still hate my period and am in pain but it’s a blessing to not have to get up so often to change my pad and to at least cancel one of the awful sensory aspects that comes with getting it. So grateful.
